Sunday 19/12

Last full day in Zim. Bruno and I pack the suitcases, and make final decisions on what is to give away and what is to bring back to Belgium. Everything that is to give away we set up nicely in the living room (t-shirts on one couch, trousers on another, the "things" on the table, ...). Dimitri who spent the night, wakes up and starts shopping :-) - our bestest client. Throughout the day people trickle in and out, the goodbyes are countless and with each one I'm getting closer to tears. It's a fun day though. Lots of reminiscing, lots of stories. After everybody's gone (and actually pretty much all our to-give-away-stuff as well) we finalise the packing and throw away anything that's left over. In bed by midnight after a short swim (I figured I really had to take advantage while it last).
